Questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Make an account and use the Free plan as long as you like. You only pay if you choose Pro or a credit pack.
What can I do for free?
Make reels up to 45 seconds long with 1080p downloads and your business card at the end. Sky View Drone is included, you get 10 Animated Stories edits every day, and 20 free credits to try AI Video. Free videos end with a short ReelsMaker ending.
How do AI credits work?
1 credit = 1 second of AI video, sound included. A 6-second Motion video (your photo comes to life) uses 6 credits. A Talk video (your photo speaks your text, in many languages) uses 1 credit per second, 4 to 10 seconds. Animated Stories edits are free up to 10 a day, then 1 credit each. Pro includes 200 credits a month (about 33 Motion videos). On the yearly plan you get 2400 credits at once. Need more? Buy a credit pack. Bought credits stay valid for 1 year.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Account page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
Is there a refund?
New Pro subscriptions have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Withdraw from your Account page and we refund the price minus the value of the AI credits you already used (a share of your price, never more than you paid). Credit packs are delivered immediately and are not refundable. Details are in our Terms.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are in euros. For customers in the EU and the UK they include VAT. In some other countries sales tax is added at checkout, depending on where you live. Your bank may show the amount in your own currency.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, from the Plans & credits page. You pay the yearly price minus the unused part of your current month.
