Create Cartoon Characters and Animated Stories with AI

Short animated stories — a barista who talks to customers, a grandma telling a fairy tale, two friends arguing about pizza — are a fun, faceless way to post every day. Here is how to build one from scratch, no drawing skills needed.

The 5 steps of an animated story

   Cast your character

   Open Animated Stories and choose from the library of women, men, kids and pets. Give them a name — it makes the story feel real.

2. 2

   Dress them

   Describe an outfit (“chef’s apron”, “winter coat and scarf”) and the AI redraws the clothes while keeping the same face.

3. 3

   Choose a pose

   Greeting, sitting, pointing, thinking, cheering and more — pick the one that fits the moment.

4. 4

   Set the place

   A café, a classroom, a beach at sunset — the background is drawn in the same soft cartoon style as the character, with a ground shadow so they really stand in the scene.

   Animate

   Write what happens or what they say, and turn the scene into a short video with voice.

Two characters, one conversation

Add a second character and the studio switches to dialogue: write the lines one by one and choose who says each. Each character gets their own voice, so the viewer always knows who is talking. Short back-and-forth jokes work best — three or four lines.

Keep your character consistent

Series do better than single posts. Use the character card — a concept sheet with faces, views and colors — so the same character looks the same in every episode.
